Gridiron Practice Pro

Terms of Use

Effective date: July 15, 2026  ·  Applies to gridironpracticepro.com

These Terms of Use govern your access to gridironpracticepro.com and your purchase and use of Gridiron Practice Pro products. By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a team or association, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes the organization.

Who We Are

Gridiron Practice Pro ("GPP," "we," "us") is a coaching resource business operated as a sole proprietorship in British Columbia, Canada. We create and sell digital coaching resources for youth football, including the GPP Safe Contact Clinic curriculum and practice planning materials. You can reach us at coach@gridironpracticepro.com.

Using This Website

You may browse this website and join our email list free of charge. In using the site, you agree not to:

All content on this website — including text, photographs, design, and branding — is the property of Gridiron Practice Pro or is used with permission, and is protected by Canadian copyright law.

Products, Pricing & Payment

GPP products are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change at any time; the price in effect when you complete checkout is the price you pay. Applicable taxes, where required, are added at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full payment card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms for payment processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on the information we receive when you make a purchase.

Product delivery is by download link or email following successful payment. If you do not receive your product within a reasonable time after purchase, contact us and we will make it right.

Product Licenses

When you purchase a GPP product, you are purchasing a license to use it — not ownership of the materials. The scope of your license depends on the tier you purchase. This section sets out what each tier permits, what no tier permits, and how long each license lasts.

Tier Who May Use It License Term
Solo Coach You, personally — any team you actively coach Perpetual, for the version purchased
Coaching Staff The coaching staff of one (1) designated team Perpetual, for the version purchased
Association All coaches, teams, and age divisions within one association 12 months from purchase, including updates

4.1Definitions

For the purposes of this Section:

  • "Licensed Materials" means the digital coaching resources, documents, curricula, station cards, scripts, plans, and any accompanying files delivered to you upon purchase of a product, including any updates provided during an active License Term.
  • "Team" means a single roster of players competing as one unit under a common coaching staff within a single organization for a single playing season.
  • "Coaching Staff" means the head coach and assistant coaches actively coaching a single Team, including team managers and safety personnel supporting that Team.
  • "Association" means a single youth football organization, club, or league operating under one governing name, including all Teams, age divisions, and programs it directly operates.
  • "License Term" means the period during which your license is active, as set out for each tier below.

4.2License Grant — Solo Coach Tier

Upon purchase of the Solo Coach tier, GPP grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  • download, store, and print the Licensed Materials for your own use; and
  • use the Licensed Materials in the course of coaching any Team that you personally and actively coach.

The Solo Coach license is granted to you as a single named individual. You may not share, distribute, or provide access to the Licensed Materials to any other person, including other members of a coaching staff. The License Term is perpetual for the version of the Licensed Materials purchased.

4.3License Grant — Coaching Staff Tier

Upon purchase of the Coaching Staff tier, GPP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  • download, store, print, and use the Licensed Materials as set out in the Solo Coach tier; and
  • distribute the Licensed Materials to members of the Coaching Staff of one (1) Team designated by you, for use solely in coaching that Team.

Distribution beyond the Coaching Staff of the designated Team — including to other teams within the same organization — is not permitted under this tier and requires an Association license. The License Term is perpetual for the version of the Licensed Materials purchased.

4.4License Grant — Association Tier

Upon purchase of the Association tier, GPP grants the purchasing Association a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  • distribute the Licensed Materials to coaches, team staff, and program administrators within the Association;
  • use the Licensed Materials across all Teams, age divisions, and programs directly operated by the Association; and
  • receive updates to the Licensed Materials released by GPP during the License Term.

The License Term for the Association tier is twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry of the License Term without renewal:

  • the Association must cease all new distribution of the Licensed Materials;
  • coaches who received the Licensed Materials during the License Term may retain their personal copies for reference, but the Association may not onboard new coaches with the Licensed Materials; and
  • access to updates ends.

The Association license covers a single Association. Affiliated but separately governed organizations — such as a neighbouring club or other member clubs of a regional governing body — each require their own license.

4.5Restrictions — All Tiers

Regardless of tier, you may not:

  • sell, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize the Licensed Materials;
  • post, upload, or otherwise make the Licensed Materials available on any public website, file-sharing service, social media platform, or publicly accessible drive;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any GPP branding, copyright notices, or attribution contained in the Licensed Materials;
  • rebrand the Licensed Materials or present them as the work of any person or organization other than GPP;
  • create derivative works from the Licensed Materials for distribution or sale outside the scope of your license; or
  • use the Licensed Materials, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model or system.
Nothing in these restrictions prevents a licensed coach from adapting drills, timing, or terminology in the ordinary course of coaching their own players. These restrictions target redistribution and rebranding — not how you coach.

4.6Ownership

The Licensed Materials and all intellectual property rights in them are and remain the exclusive property of Gridiron Practice Pro. Purchase of a product grants a license only; no ownership rights are transferred. Links or references to third-party instructional content (including video content published by third parties such as Football Canada) are provided for reference; such content remains the property of its respective owners and is governed by those owners' terms.

4.7Upgrades

You may upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier at any time. Where GPP offers upgrade pricing, the upgraded license replaces your prior license, and the terms of the higher tier apply from the date of upgrade.

4.8Verification and Termination for Breach

GPP may request reasonable confirmation of the scope of your use — for example, the name of the designated Team under a Coaching Staff license, or the name of the licensed Association. GPP may terminate your license upon material breach of this Section, including unauthorized distribution. Upon termination for breach, you must cease all use of the Licensed Materials and destroy all copies in your possession or control. Sections 4.5 and 4.6 survive termination.

All Sales Final

GPP products are digital goods that are delivered — and can be copied, saved, and printed — immediately upon purchase. For that reason, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. Please review the product descriptions, tier comparison, and license terms on this page carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product or tier is right for you, email us before you buy — we would rather answer questions up front than have you purchase the wrong thing.

This policy does not affect your rights where a refund is required by applicable law. If you complete a purchase and do not receive your product, or the delivered files are defective or inaccessible, contact us and we will correct the delivery or, where we cannot, refund the purchase.

Coaching & Safety Disclaimer

GPP products are educational resources for coaches. Football — including flag football and contact preparation activities — involves inherent physical risk, and no curriculum, drill design, or teaching progression can eliminate that risk.

By purchasing and using GPP products, you acknowledge and agree that:

The "Safe Contact" name describes a teaching methodology that emphasizes progressive, technique-first instruction. It is not a guarantee against injury.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: GPP products and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied; GPP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, including any injury occurring during coaching activities conducted by you or your organization; and GPP's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of British Columbia or Canada, including any non-waivable consumer protection rights.

Email & Communications

If you join our email list, we will send you product updates, launch announcements, and coaching content in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every message includes a working unsubscribe link. How we collect and handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Third-Party Content & Links

Our website and products may link to third-party content, such as instructional videos hosted on YouTube. We do not control third-party content, do not endorse it beyond its instructional relevance, and are not responsible for its availability or accuracy. Third-party content is governed by the terms and policies of its owners and platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website or products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply prospectively: purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase. Continued use of gridironpracticepro.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
