Gridiron Practice Pro ("GPP," "we," "us") is a coaching resource business operated as a sole proprietorship in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, join our email list, or purchase our products — and how we use, store, and protect it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Scope of This Policy

This policy covers personal information collected through gridironpracticepro.com and through direct communication with us by email. It does not cover third-party websites we link to (including instructional video platforms such as YouTube), which are governed by their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

Email List & Mailchimp

Our email list is managed through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), a service provider located in the United States. When you subscribe, your email address is stored on Mailchimp's servers in the United States, where it is subject to U.S. law. Mailchimp's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and removal takes effect immediately. You can also email us directly and we will remove you within 2 business days.

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we only email people who have opted in, and every message identifies us and provides a working unsubscribe mechanism.

Payments & Stripe

Purchases on our website are processed by Stripe, Inc., a payment processor headquartered in the United States. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe may process and store your payment information on servers outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We receive from Stripe only what we need to fulfill your order: your name, email address, the product purchased, and confirmation of payment.

How Long We Keep Your Information
When We Share Information

We share personal information only with the service providers named in this policy (Mailchimp for email, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare, which hosts our website and routes our email), and only to the extent needed for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid legal demand from a Canadian authority.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we adopt website analytics, we intend to use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that measures site traffic without cookies, cross-site tracking, or collecting personal information. Our website and products are directed at adult coaches, team staff, and sport administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 19 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including serving our website over HTTPS, limiting the information we collect in the first place, and relying on established providers (Cloudflare, Stripe, Mailchimp) with strong security practices for hosting, payments, and email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but minimizing what we collect is our first line of defence.
