You volunteered to coach. But between the day job, the family, and the season, the hours you spend planning practices, writing station rotations, and figuring out how to teach contact safely are hours you never get back.
Gridiron Practice Pro is the shortcut that isn't a shortcut. Every resource here was built for real teams, refined across real seasons, and run with real kids — from six-station clinic rotations for 70 players down to single-coach practice plans. It's the system behind one of British Columbia's most successful youth programs, packaged so you can print it, run it, and get home for dinner.
A complete three-day, six-hour curriculum that teaches young athletes to tackle, absorb, and finish contact safely — before they ever take a hit in a game.
No pads. Just mouthguards and cleats. That's deliberate — for decades, “toughening up” a team meant some version of the Oklahoma Drill: two players, no progression, just collision. This clinic is built the opposite way, technique first, and lines up with Football Canada's National Safe Contact Standard from the ground up.
The full three-day curriculum, formatted so one coach can run it without a support staff.
Everything in Solo Coach, licensed and structured for a full team staff running stations in parallel.
A season license for your whole association — consistent safe-contact teaching across every age group, every team, every coach.

Steven has been a volunteer youth coach for more than 20 years, beginning in hockey before committing fully to football with the Cloverdale Community Football Association in 2021. In five years he built one of the most successful youth programs in British Columbia — four provincial championships across flag and tackle — and Gridiron Practice Pro exists to hand other coaches the exact system behind it.
His 2025 spring flag team outscored opponents 688–69 on the way to the provincial title, and the program hasn't lost a spring flag game since. That fall, his Peewee 9-man tackle team swept the double — VMFL league champions and BC provincial champions in the same season. He designed and leads the CCFA's annual Safe Contact Clinic, and brings an MBA and 20+ years of organizational leadership to the structure and quality of every resource on this site.
The Safe Contact Clinic is live. Join the early access list and your welcome email includes your 25% founding-cohort code for Coaching Staff — plus first word and founding discounts on the Association tier and the Tackle Football Pre-Season Guide when they launch.
